Enterprise Manager issues

I have installed Oracle 10g software and then created database using DBCA, When I was configuring Enterprise Manager, and checking it's status with "emctl status dbconsole" I was getting below errors.
<> OC4j DB console sid not found
<> Unable to determine local host from URL REPOSITORY_URL=http://iu-test:%EM_UPLOAD_PORT%/em/upload
I dropped the repository with " emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop "

Then I created the repository with " emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create "

Enterprise manager is now configured and working. !!!!!
